Food options for breakfast, lunch, dinner

Cities and larger towns have several options, which are not covered below. The places mentioned here are in the smaller towns, where one might not know a good place to eat. The list below contains map links, and all of these are places we have personally visited. In addition, there are usually several tea/coffee stops on national and state highways.
